If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

19. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns regarding AstroPalan AI or these Terms, you agree to first contact us and allow us thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

If the dispute remains unresolved after this period, either party may initiate legal proceedings before the courts having jurisdiction as specified in these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

20. Force Majeure

AstroPalan AI shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyber-attacks, power failures, payment gateway failures, third-party service interruptions, telecommunications failures, pandemics, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

21. Changes to these Terms

AstroPalan AI may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least fifteen (15) days' prior notice through the website, mobile application, email, or other appropriate communication channels.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
